Personally, I don't love the practice I went with (I'm sure they're competent but their communication is terrible and it feels like an Invisalign factory) and the parts that have been negative have been because of the practice, not Invisalign. 😅 Actually this running shoe analogy actually works kind of well bc running shoes won't train you for the marathon, you have to use them to do the work.
